Stefanie Barboza

Alvaro Pereira

Stefanie Barboza is the creator of the Barboza Method, and owner of the Barboza Method studio in Los Angeles, California. Originally from Maryland, Stefanie moved to LA for college at Cal Arts and never left. Her background as a dancer and years of training gave her the knowledge of the body and the commitment to hard work needed to create her business. Stefanie seeks to extend her reach and passions beyond her immediate community by providing retreat and travel opportunities that allow us to not only see the world, but give back to its people who are struggling the most.

I got involved in travel early on in life, from going to simple places like the beach with my whole family to traveling thousands of miles abroad alone. Each place I've been has given me so much, making my life and the whole world feel so much wider and richer. Through years of experience and learning, I am able to be part of a great travel company, which is far more than a company, but a family.

I’ve made my mission to make every single traveler have an amazing time and take in their heart a little bit of our beautiful country.

Sarah Medeiros is a travel agent with Live Laugh Love Travel based in California. Originally from a small city in the Midwest, Sarah had traveled with her family to many places around the US, but had not been out of the country until adulthood. Once she got a taste of traveling internationally, she couldn’t get enough. Sarah enjoys adventuring to new places and learning about the different cultures there are to discover. She loves the opportunity to arrange travel for others, helping them catch the travel bug and desire to see the world outside of the environment they know so well.

Our Story

The ability to travel, see the world, and go on vacation is not cheap, so I never went anywhere.
But last year, for the first time in my entire 37 years of life, I traveled! I went to Ecuador and the Galápagos Islands. I was immersed in culture. I ate amazing food, and even took a cooking class. I went snorkeling and swam with sea turtles. You know they say: nature is healing. Well, I hiked up and down volcanos to beaches, kayaked with dolphins, and it was amazing! I visited little communities and found different life values than my little community in Los Angeles, California. I have overlooked my own blessings and received a first real taste of reality, and it punched me in my face and left a hole in my heart, which hurt. What am I doing? I have running water, I have an over abundance of food, I have the freedom to wear, to say, to go and be and do whatever I want. I am more than just blessed. I am lucky. If you are reading this, you are also blessed and lucky. I first went on this trip to scout locations and activities for my LA-based fitness studio’s annual retreat to finding a bigger purpose on this planet. Yes, I know, I cannot save the entire world, but I, we- you and me- can make a difference. So as you come along and enjoy this amazing vacation to beautiful Ecuador and the breathtaking Galápagos Islands, just know that part of your proceeds will go directly to the people who are struggling the most.

We have partnered up with to keep loving and helping as much as we can as we enjoy the blessings we have been given. Okay, now lets have some fun!
